What is hybrid physical therapy?

We're on a mission to change the way physical therapy works and is delivered. Rather than just seeing a client in the clinic setting with basic exercises to do between, we offer our expertise between sessions with prescriptive programming and improve our clients' outcomes. Our goal is to match our clients with the perfect plan that fit their needs and is flexible to be done on their own time.

Why hybrid physical therapy?

Too often physical therapy looks like going into a clinic twice a week to perform the same exercises over and over that you could've done at home. This is a waste of each party's time. If you can do something competently on your own, then let's have you do it on your own.

Take back your time and utilize a holistic plan between sessions that is tailored to your needs and restraints. It will save time week to week without requiring in-person visits 3x/week, and it will also save time in the long run when you're following a plan fit specifically for you.

What is remote wellness coaching?

Remote wellness coaching is designed to provide you with precise guidance towards your health, fitness, and physique goals, on your schedule at a great price.

Fitness programming, basic nutritional guidance, macro-nutrient measurement tracking, habit tracking, and 2-way messaging are all provided in an easy to use app.

Kyle is a New York City based, and Mayo Clinic trained, licensed physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist. Kyle’s expertise lies in assessing movement patterns and developing personalized programs that align with each client’s unique needs, goals, resources, and training background.
